When faced with writing her own bio, Donna asked her husband for help. The resulting paragraphs showed her exactly why she’d married him, and why she’s determined to hang on to her own “Prince Charming”! They live next door to the Rockies in Alberta, Canada with their two amazing children.

Even as a young child, the place you’d most likely find Donna was on the farmhouse sunporch with a book in hand. As she grew older and pursued a degree in English Literature, the bookcases grew bigger, and she had a choice to make. Go broke from buying books, keep re-reading the same favourites over and over again, or…start writing her own. In November of 2001 she did just that, finishing her first manuscript that winter. The time since has been spent working on her craft, until all the rejections finally paid off and she sold to Samhain in 2006.
