HALF MOON RISING Released: Lost Secrets...
How much do you know about your great-grandparents? Perhaps you know their names, birthdates, off-spring. Maybe their occupation. But I bet that is about it. Unless your ancestors left letters or journals, their secrets died with them.
What if their secrets included the ability to shift form into either a wolf or a monstrous Beast? Surely they would have made certain all necessary knowledge was passed to the next generation. Unfortunately, for the modern-day werewolf pack in my novel, Half Moon Rising WWII broke the chain. Werewolves were killed. Documents destroyed. Knowledge, lore, and secrets lost forever.
To learn more about my werewolf hero, Trey Nolan, and my kick-ass human heroine, CJ Duncan, and their world where no one seems to have the answers, read my blurb and excerpt, or click the Read More link.
I love alpha heroes. But let’s face it, sometimes they are just too strong and confident! Trey is the not-so-perfect werewolf. He isn’t even the Alpha Leader of the pack. That fact, coupled with a heavy-duty secret he’s been dragging around for decades, has driven Trey to step outside the pack’s rules.
A new crisis is facing the pack and Trey doesn’t believe the answers can be found in Darwin’s theory of evolution. He’s certain it’s magic. And he’s going to prove it. But he’s running out of time and the actual Alpha Leader is leading the pack to its doom.
All CJ Duncan has ever wanted to do was use her natural abilities to reunite missing kids and their families. Okay, her natural abilities are a might more than the average female P.I., but CJ doesn’t dwell on her odd talents. She just goes out and does her job every day.
Until strange visions of a wolf start tripping her up. Damn, subconscious! Now she’s in search of her biological father and hoping his answers will end her hallucinations. But when she can’t find him, she starts to get a little cranky and the visions get worse.
When Trey and CJ get together the sparks fly. She thinks he’s a delusional lunatic, and he wants to use her to stop his Alpha Leader. Oh yeah, and for some reason, CJ can’t stop thinking about Trey’s utterly intoxicating fragrance. And the last thing Trey wants to do is sleep with her, but he’s having a hard time resisting the urge.
Hope you come along for the ride and get to know these two special people! You can buy it at MBaM!
