The story line and plot are tight, the characters are well-rounded and engaging, and the book is skillfully written. The sexual tension between the Carin and Bix sizzles but the sex is flat out scorching!

    This book is a MUST READ for paranormal/vampire romance lovers! I would recommend this book to people who enjoy Sherrilyn Kenyon and Christine Feehan. This is definitely an author and a series to watch!

Just when I thought I had figured out the plot, author TJ Michaels tossed in a surprising twist that threw me for a loop and kept me totally intrigued until the dramatic conclusion. I really enjoyed watching this story unfold… The chemistry between the couple was steamy hot and wickedly naughty. So, be prepared to seek an air conditioner to cool down upon completion of this breathtaking, passionate read.
